COPING IN A CRISIS
If you are suffering with your mental health, feeling overwhelmed or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out urgently.In the UK you can attend any A&E department in a hospital, call 111 or in an emergency call 999.
Please take a moment to breathe deeply, do something that brings you into the moment (drinking a cold or hot drink, breathing in fresh air, moving the body etc) and reach out to speak with someone. If you have a trusted friend or family member please contact them, if you want to talk to someone anonymously you can call the Samaritans for free on 116 123.

EXPERIENCING VIOLENCE OR ABUSE
Abuse and violence can take place in any relationship, between family members, friends, strangers, colleagues and romantic relationships.
Violence and Abuse is broad, the definition of domestic abuse in the UK includes:
Any incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive or threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between those aged 16 or over who are or have been intimate partners or family members regardless of gender or sexuality. This can encompass but is not limited to the following types of abuse:
psychological
physical
sexual
financial
emotional
